The team has extensive experience representing traditional ownership as well as banks, financial institutions, opportunity funds, large family offices, hospitals, colleges and religious institutions. In 1998, Thomas opened the first outer-borough office on behalf of Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was consistently ranked New York's #1 investment sales firm by volume for 14 consecutive years. Following Cushman & Wakefield's acquisition of Massey Knakal at the end of 2014, Thomas was appointed Vice Chairman of Investment Sales within its Capital Markets Group.

The team reunited with Paul Massey at B6 Real Estate Advisors in 2018 before joining Team Donovan in the fall of 2023, where Thomas serves as President of Queens Investment Sales.

At the core of the team are Tommy Lin and Eugene Kim, who have worked alongside Thomas for nearly two decades.
