Thomas Donovan

President of Queens Investment Sales

Thomas joined Team Donovan in 2023 and leads Queens Investment Sales from the Battery Park office. He specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial and development properties throughout New York City.

Previously, he served as Partner and Vice Chairman at B6 Real Estate Advisors, Vice Chairman in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, and spent 17 years at Massey Knakal Realty Services.

Over his career, Thomas has sold more than $2.9 billion in commercial real estate and more than 680 properties.

Tommy Lin

Vice President, Investment Sales

Tommy joined Team Donovan in 2023 and specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, retail and development properties throughout New York City and the outer boroughs.

Previously, he was a Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors and spent 14 years with Massey Knakal Realty Services and Cushman & Wakefield.

Along with his team, Tommy has sold more than 650 properties totaling approximately $2.6 billion in commercial real estate.

Eugene Kim

Vice President, Investment Sales

Eugene joined Team Donovan in 2023 and specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, retail and development properties throughout New York City.

Previously, he was Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors, following four years at Cushman & Wakefield and ten years at Massey Knakal Realty Services.

Over the course of his career, Eugene has sold more than $2 billion in commercial real estate.

James Rusk

Associate, Investment Sales

James joined Team Donovan in 2025 and serves as an Associate in the Battery Park office, with a foundation in property valuation, management and transaction execution.

He studied Property Valuation and Management at the Technological University of Shannon in Ireland. Before commercial real estate, he worked in residential leasing and rented more than 100 apartments.

James has represented Ireland in soccer, competed in the Children’s Olympics in Taiwan, won a National Championship in Ireland, and received a Medal of Honor from Crumlin Children’s Hospital for fundraising efforts supporting children’s healthcare.
